The next TOTS (Tools for Outreach and Teaching Series) session will be about free tools for presenting. Join us for the 13th TOTS session: Getting the Message Out: Communication Tools on Wednesday July 14, 2010 from 10-12 in the Dodson Room.

Tips and Features
Prezi can be used in a variety of ways for a variety of purposes. A basic prezi can be created in a matter of minutes so don't be afraid to jump in and give it a try. Here's a short list of some tips and features mentioned in the TOTS presentation:
Share: You can invite others to edit a Prezi, make your Prezi public, or share a URL.
Notes: You can add notes by using going to Insert - Shapes - and selecting the pencil tool (the half circle icon). However, this is not easy to use with a mouse and may require a computer pen (or digital pen) to get the full benefit of this feature.
Audio: To add audio to your presentation, follow the Insert Sound directions. (In the presentation I stated that audio wasn't available but, lo and behold, it is!)
Help: To find help with more specific questions such as notes and audio, go to the Prezi Learn page and type your query into the search box or look at the Prezi Help Menu.
